Cheese Snack Cutlet SS#1

CHEESE SNACK CUTLET

Ingredients: 
  1. 1Cup boiled mashed potatoes
  2. 1cup chopped fenugreek leaves
  3. 1tbsp chutney powder
  4. 1/2 cup grated Cheese Block
  5. salt
  6. oil
  7. green chillies(optional)
  8. breadcrumbs
Preparation Method
  • Mix together the fenugreek leaves, salt, green chillies, chutney powder with boiled potatoes. 
  • Take a small portion of the mixture, smoothen it in the hand, make a depression in the middle, place little cheese,  enclose it with the mixture, cover well, toss with breadcrumbs & flatten shape like a tikki.
  • Pan fry to golden, Make all the tikkis the same way.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce, mint chutney or cream cheese dip.
